Severin Films is committed to providing high-quality physical media and merchandise; if you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Please note that all limited edition items and opened media are subject to inspection before a return is finalized.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all discs, booklets, and slipcovers are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our warehouse address, keeping your tracking number for confirmation of delivery.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a replacement or process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
